Titanium Level . .. $1249

FOR THOSE WHO WANT THE WHITE GLOVE TREATMENT….

 We come to you to train the dog for you.  You receive all the benefits listed below. We educate you about the law and answer all questions.  We are there to fight battles for you and support you and your service animal throughout your membership.

Additional dogs. . . 1/2

One person is allowed 2 service animals.  A couple then can have up to 4 service animals.  Email to get 1/2 price special on 2nd dog.

We know the law and we support our clients.  Help available from 10am to 4pm Mon – Friday.  A 24 hour emergency hotline will be set up in the near future.  Emails will be answered the following business day.

We fight your battles

We are here to support you.  If there is an issue with your service animal and housing, we make a direct call to the landlord/manager to rectify and problems.   If needed, we file a complaint to HUD on your behalf to rectify the problem.

MD signed letter

We send a letter to your landlord signed by an MD within 48 hours of membership purchase.  Memberships purchased on Fridays will get the letter the next  non-holiday business day.  The MD is not practicing medicine.  He is not diagnosing or treating any clients.

Necessary Training

We work with you to choose the best task needed for you and your dog. We then send a video from a certified trainer teaching you how to train your dog to perform that specific task.

ONE on ONE Educational Sessions

A specialist will work with you one on one via phone or tele-conference to educate you about the laws and asnwer any questions you have.

Service Animal Tags

Full membership includes 2 Service Animal tags.

DOT Airline Paperwork

We complete DOT and other paperwork as necessary  for travel.  We work with to make your travel plans go as smoothly as possible.

Handle all HUD and ADA complaints

We file and handle any federal complaints related to service animals.

Anti-bark tool*

Titanium and platinum members receive an anti-bark tool to help train their dog for proper behavior in public.  Gold members can purchase tool at reduced price.

Service Animal Vest*

Titanium and platinum members will receive a service animal vest to use while taking the dog out in public.  Gold members can purchase vest at reduced price.

Leash Training

A video detailing how to properly train your dog to act on leash is included in each membership.

20% Discount

Members receicve a 20% discount on full priced merchandise.
